With more than 25 years of experience in HR, organizational change, and enterprise transformation, Cindy and the Augment team guide organizations through complex shifts in a way that feels structured, manageable and often even energizing. Together, they remove friction, align leadership, and help teams move forward faster with confidence in what comes next.
Cindy holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Development and Organizational Change, she and the team have partnered with leaders across public, private, and nonprofit sectors around the world. While Augment’s sweet spot is the middle market, Cindy and her team have successfully supported growing businesses and large enterprises alike.
